This privacy policy applies to the Max Premia application ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Ápice Sistemas ("Service Provider") as a commercial service. This service is intended to be used "AS IS".

Collection and Use of Information

• - The IP address of your device
• - The pages of the Application you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• - The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information provided to contact you occasionally to provide important information, necessary notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to luizcrc@gmail.com. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy policy.

Note that the Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You can use the standard uninstallation processes available as part of your mobile device or through the mobile app marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data while you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like them to delete user-provided data you have provided through the Application, please contact them at devweb.apicesistemas@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will delete this information from their servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at devweb.apicesistemas@gmail.com so they can take the necessary actions.
